prep to finish

We have seen the future of vocational education.

On April 27, P2F had the privilege of visiting Wright Tech for it’s inaugural opening year after closing, massively restructuring and reopening.

Phil Bodey, Director of Carpentry, hosted us and helped us to plan and execute a very successful day with a large group of ninth grade technical students. In this workshop, students learned about safe use of power tools for surface prep – featuring Festool sanders and HEPA extractors, and fine finishing with Graco HVLP shooting Sherwin Williams waterborne satin clear finish.

This was the first stop on our #543 tour, in which we taught 5 clinics in 4 different states in 3 weeks.

Next stop: Port Chester, NY.

Stay tuned!

  1. Hi there outstanding blog! Does running a blog like
this require a lot of work? I’ve no expertise in computer programming but I had been hoping to start my own blog soon. Anyway, should you have any ideas or tips for new blog owners please share.

I understand this is off subject but I just wanted to ask.

    Kudos!
