P2F partnered last week with national franchise Fresh Coat Painters to present a 3 day educational seminar for Fresh Coat paint company owners.
This event was held at the Sherwin Williams University training center in Dallas.
The curriculum presented by P2F was several months in development, and specifically designed to fit the real life needs of the businesses attending.
Todd and Scott presented classroom based and hands-on curriculum including:
- project management strategies
- in-house communication
- maximizing staff strengths
- defining scope and customer expectations
- situational product and gear selection
- how to close projects and get paid
- building loyal employee and customer relationships
Each full day of instruction was followed by ample social and networking time for all involved, with focus group discussions over dinner.
We could not have been more impressed with the professionalism of the attendees and the corporate staff from Fresh Coat, which offers painting services in more than 100 markets in North America.
Big thanks to Sherwin Williams for facilitating this event and allowing us to take over their training facility for a week.
We look forward to deeper partnering with Fresh Coat and its member companies in the future.
